By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Seedless grapes, Seedless dates Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Angoor aur Khajur ki Chutney 25-30 Seedless grapes 250 grams Seedless dates 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon Cumin powder roasted 1½ tablespoons Raisins to taste Salt ¼ cup Jaggery (gur) grated Method Cook grapes and dates in a deep non-stick pan with 2-3 tablespoons of water on medium heat till the grapes are completely soft and mashed. Add red chilli powder and cumin powder, raisins and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and jaggery and mix well. Cook, stirring continuously, till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended.
