  • Almonds blanched and peeled

  • Carrots finely chopped
    2 medium
  • Cauliflower florets grated
    5-6 small
  • French beans finely chopped
    6-8
  • Butter
    2 tablespoons
  • Onion finely chopped
    1 medium
  • Refined flour (maida)
    2 1/2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable soup
    4 cups
  • White pepper powder
    2 tablespoons
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Milk
    1/2 cup

Method

Step 1


Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute.Add carrots and mix well. Add cauliflower and mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add beans and mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

Step 2


Add refined flour, mix well and add stock. Stir to mix and cook till it begins to thicken.Take pepper powder in a bowl. Add salt and little water and mix well.

Step 3


Add milk to the pan and mix well. Add pepper and salt water and mix well. Add cabbage, mix well and cook till the soup thickens.Sliver almonds. Transfer soup into a serving bowl, garnish with almond slivers and serve hot.
