ALIV LADDOO
Nutritious laddoos made from flax seeds

Servings : 3
INGREDIENTS
Aliv
200 grams
Coconut, scraped
2
Jaggery (gur), grated
400 grams
Ghee
3 tablespoons
METHOD
Mix aliv and coconut well together. Place jaggery in a pan and pour water just enough to cover the jaggery. Cook on low heat till jaggery melts completely. Add ghee and mix well. Add aliv and coconut. Remove from heat. Mix well. While mixture is still warm, roll it into equal sized laddus. Cool and store in an airtight container.

Recipe Tip :
Aliv laddu can be stored for long periods.
