PUDINA CHUTNEY
Mint chutney
Preparation Time : 15-20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Fresh mint leaves
1 bunch
Green chillies
4-5
Yogurt
1/2 cup
Pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Asafoetida
a pinch
METHOD
Pick, clean and wash the mint leaves. Roughly chop them. Remove stems, wash and roughly chop green chillies. Whisk yogurt. Grind the mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and green chillies to a fine paste in a grinder. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, whisked yogurt, asafoetida and mix well. Serve.
