They are a perfect Indian snack - crispy on the outside, with a soft spicy filling inside, little triangular pockets of heaven! Yes, samosas and how they are a favourite with everyone. While the basic potato filling remains a classic, innovate with a bunch of other ideas. Use exotic cheeses in the filling or use chickpeas for a Lebanese twist. Samosa Tart

Samosa Tart
A spicy potato mixture enclosed in wonton sheets and deep fried. You bite into a tart and taste a samosa.

Chocoalte Samosa

Chocoalte Samosa
Give a sweet twist to a classic samosa by stuffing it with mawa or chocolate and bake instead of frying, for a less guilty eating experience.

KeemaAloo Samosa

KeemaAloo Samosa
Bored of the typical samosa, add a portion of mutton mince mixture, shape into desired shapes and deep-fry them – you are sure to make this more than once!
