Menu: Rum Soaked Apricots, Tomato Vodka Penne, Wine Poached Pears

1 packet of golden apricots
1 small bottle of dark rum
250 grams cheese spread
1 packet of sweet and salty biscuits
100 grams of spicy fried cashewnuts
1 small packet of parsley
500 grams of pasta
200 grams of tomato puree
1 small bottle of vodka
1 small packet of ham slice
1 small bottle of olive oil
50 grams of parmesan cheese
1 small bottle of chilli sauce
100 grams of cream
3 large pears
1 small bottle of white wine
250 grams of castor sugar
500 grams of vanilla ice-cream

For faster preparation

For apricots soak them in rum. Fill the piping bag with cheese spread. For vodka pasta, blanch the pasta. Make the wine poached pears and refrigerate it.

How to go about it

Toss the pasta in the sauce. Assemble the rum soaked apricots. Finally serve the pears with ice-cream.
