Menu: Lehsuni Methi Parantha Hara Lehsun aur Aloo ki Sabzi Burnt Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice Shopping list 300 grams of green garlic 500 grams of fenugreek leaves 1 small packet of kasoori methi 1 small packet of ajwain 100 grams of baby potatoes 1 small packet of dried mango powder 1 small packet of Kashmiri chilli powder 100 grams of nutralite 50 grams of French beans 1 small cabbage 1 small cauliflower 300 grams of carrots For faster preparation Chop the garlic for the parantha. Knead the dough. Process the baby potatoes. Make the coriander and green garlic paste ready. Process the vegetables for fried rice. How to go about it Start with the potatoes.
