500 grams of Surati dal
1 kilogram of chickpea
1 small bottle of tahini paste
1 small bunch of dill
500 grams of red kidney beans
1 packet of couscous
1 small packet of soda bicarbonate
1 small bottle of ver juice
1 red capsicum
1 small packet of parsley
1 container of yogurt
For faster preparation
Soak chickpea overnight. Boil the dal and blend dal and chickpeas together. Prepare the chickpea and dal mixture along with the spices. Shape the tikkis and set aside. Prepare the sauce and set aside. Prepare the mixture for rajma falafel shape them into roundels. Prepare the chickpea mixture for Scotch eggs. Coat the eggs with the mixture and set aside. Prepare the sauce and set aside for Scotch eggs.
How to go about it
Deep fry the Surati falafel then the rajma falafel. Finally fry the eggs and serve with their respective sauces.
