Shopping list 2 ripe avocado, seeded and roughly chopped 1 liter soya milk ½ liter vanilla ice cream 150 grams soya bean chunks 1 packet dried mango powder 1 small packet corn flour 500 grams frozen corn kernels 50 grams caraway seeds 1packet white pepper powder 1 packet dried fenugreek leaves 200 grams tofu ½ bunch fresh mint For faster preparation Do the required cutting and chopping of ingredients. For soya pattice, soak the soya bean chunks in warm water once soft, drain and squeeze out excess water. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash. How to go about it Stuff the pattice and keep aside.
