5 large oval and non-starchy potatoes
1 small packet sev
1 small bottle sweet red chilli sauce
1 small packet fresh cream
1 small packet parsley
1 large brinjal
1 small packet poppy seeds
For faster preparation
For potato chips slice and keep the potatoes. Keep the sev mixture ready. Marinate the brinjal and set aside.
How to go about it
Fry the chips and finish it. Then bake the omelet. Shallow-fry the brinjal.
